Turn-key Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a proven background in appointment setting and telephone sales. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious sales goals and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making roughly 50 outbound calls per day, following up on marketing activities, generating interest, and educating prospects. The successful candidate will be capable of nurturing leads provided by TTI, assisting with marketing and lead generation activities, and ultimately setting appointments with interested clients and prospects for all of TTI's different product lines and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet minimum standards of 50 outbound calls per day, and 4 meetings booked every month
  • Connect with target prospects and TTI provided leads via phone and email
  • Qualify business opportunities for budget, authority, need, and timeline of projects.
  • Schedule meetings with prospects and companies that fit a target profile
  • Enter notes in CRM, and execute meeting logistics

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of telephone business to business sales experience.
  • Knowledge and competence in the major elements of inside sales including business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition and CRM input.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Effectively prioritize sales efforts and activities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
